About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Development Leader to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and growing the Army's business while leveraging your expertise and key client relationships to assist with business development and market growth across the Army.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Army market, leveraging your expertise and relationships to identify new opportunities and build on existing ones.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams in acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting to deliver business development initiatives and drive growth.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and other leaders from Army TRADOC and its subordinate Project Offices to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage Capture and Execution: Manage the capture and execution of business pipelines, including program management of active contracts and opportunities.
  • Implement TADSS: Implement Training Aides, Devices, Simulations and Simulators (TADSS) in Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-G) and multi-echelon training environments.
  • Meet Security Requirements: Meet security requirements, including obtaining and maintaining a Secret clearance.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 12+ years of experience with leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in at least one area of acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting.
  • Capture and Proposal Management: 10+ years of experience individually leading teams of successful people in capture and proposal management activities.
  • Relationship Building: Experience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and other leaders from Army TRADOC and its subordinate Project Offices.
  • Business Pipeline Management: Experience managing capture and execution of business pipelines.
  • Program Management: Experience with program management of active contracts and opportunities.
  • TADSS Implementation: Experience with Training Aides, Devices, Simulations and Simulators (TADSS) implementation and use across Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-G) and multi-echelon training environments.
  • Security Clearance: Secret clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Army PEO-STRI Portfolio: Experience with Army PEO-STRI portfolio and business model.
  • Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
  • PMI Certification: PMI certification.
