Convert insights into current and prospective strategic, operational, and tactical challenges affecting various Army systems into actionable business development strategies. Provide guidance to tackle challenges and facilitate the design of innovative technological solutions that enhance service delivery and product offerings. Support the formation and management of a diverse team to establish agreements and frameworks, while effectively managing risks and adhering to budgetary, scheduling, and performance criteria. Inspire, lead, and cultivate a dynamic team to thrive amid transitions and challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams in areas such as acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting.
  • 10+ years of experience leading teams in successful capture and proposal management efforts.
  • Proven track record of maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and leaders within Army TRADOC and its subordinate Project Offices.
  • Experience in managing business pipelines effectively.
  • Background in program management of active contracts and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Training Aides, Devices, Simulations, and Simulators (TADSS) implementation across Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) environments.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Army PEO-STRI portfolio and business model.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
  • PMI certification.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
