Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the control of venue operations within established company policies and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; 4-year college degree or equivalent in restaurant management preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in restaurant/nightclub management, multi-unit management a plus.
  • Skills: Fluent English, other languages a plus; good people management, communication, and listening skills; ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds; move about the venue safely and efficiently; handle food, objects, products, and utensils.
