Clinical Training Coordinator

About the Position: As a Clinical Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care. Your expertise in training development and adult learning principles will be invaluable in creating engaging training experiences for our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinicians and end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
- Facilitate efficiency sessions to improve clinician productivity and workflow
- Maintain accurate records of training completion and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Experience in Epic application systems and healthcare settings preferred
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
