Job Description

Deerwood Family Practice is a fast-growing family medicine office seeking a Clinical Documentation Coordinator to support our clinical teams. As a Clinical Documentation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection and documentation of patient information
  • Transcribe reports from medical personnel and review for accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in medical documentation or a related field
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
