Job Description

The Clinical Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Coordinating schedules and meetings
  • Assisting with department process improvement
  • Providing backup support to the manager

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • RN License in the state of employment or compact
  • BLS certification
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
