University Health is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clinical operations by developing and implementing training programs for our staff.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a PCT in hemodialysis within the last 24 months and hold CCHT certification. A current American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card is also required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical training programs in collaboration with the Clinic Manager and Department Nurse Educator
  • Train newly hired and existing staff members on UH policies and procedures
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of dialysis theory and its application in treating ESRD patients
Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Prior experience as a PCT in hemodialysis within the last 24 months is necessary
  • CCHT certification is mandatory
  • A current American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card is required
