Salary Range

$38,894 - $68,341 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The Clinical Coordination Specialist will play a critical role in coordinating student clinical experiences and managing relationships with healthcare facilities and partners. This individual must be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to multitask and work independently.

  • Collaborate with campus colleagues and leaders to research and manage relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other clinical agency sites for nursing students.
  • Provide oversight for clinical affiliation agreements, attaining contract signatures and developing, renewing, and terminating contracts as needed.
  • Manage relationships with existing clinical agency partners to ensure student and site satisfaction.
  • Serve as first point of contact for clinical faculty, students, and partners regarding clinical experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of business development and/or relationship management experience.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
