Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Training Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and implementing education programs for University Health staff, with a focus on increasing staff competence and readiness for new systems and technologies.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is required, with a master's degree or post-graduate coursework preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and implementing education programs for University Health staff
- Developing and maintaining curriculum, lessons, and training materials
- Providing go-live support and technical assistance as needed
- Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and other UH staff
Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
