**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Staff Education Manager to join our University Health team. As a key member of our Clinical Services department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate training activities, including curriculum development and implementation.
  • Assess training needs and identify competency gaps among staff members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure employee training needs are met.
  • Create training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
  • Collaborate with the integrated team to assess quality and implement clinical training programs.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field (highly preferred).
  • Minimum six years of clinical care, quality management, or managed care experience.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, community resources, alternate funding programs, Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and Texas Department of Insurance standards.
  • Demonstrated teaching experience and knowledge of adult education principles.
  • Direct, recent experience with electronic learning development, curriculum design, training methodologies, and online education (preferred).

**What We Offer:**

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
