About the Role

This Clinical Team Coordinator position is part of the departmental leadership team that provides clinical supervision on a shift basis, including coordination and assignment of patient care, and serves as a unit patient flow coordinator.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination and assignment of patient care
  • Unit patient flow coordination, facilitating admissions, discharges and transfers
  • Coordinates unit staffing for next shift with the Director/Clinical Manager, Coordinator and/or House Officer

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and at least 1 year RN experience. You must also be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 base on experience with a potential sign-on bonus up to $35,000.
