Administrative Program Coordinator

Role Summary: As a Program Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Division and Program Manager, as well as collaborating with team members and clients to achieve program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support and assistance to ensure the successful execution of program goals.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment on significant business matters.
- Maintain accurate records for consortium memberships and financial documentation.
- Assist Program Managers in the planning and implementation of customer programs.
- Manage calendars, coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare for meetings, including logistics such as room setup, equipment testing, and material preparation.
- Support the organization of tradeshows, including the preparation of informational materials and booth coordination.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files for program documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with two years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with six years of related experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including intermediate Excel skills and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with MS Access is a plus.
- Ability to travel for conferences and meetings as required.
Additional Information: This position requires access to US-only data systems, and US Citizenship is mandatory. A background check will be conducted, considering relevant criminal history in relation to job responsibilities.
Work Environment: The role is situated in a controlled office atmosphere with moderate noise levels and potential distractions.
