Senior Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources and community resources to promote our services and products.
  • Create and implement events with our sales and marketing team to attract prospective residents.
  • Provide ongoing product-service education to trade organizations, hospital departments, physicians, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve quarterly move-in objectives.
  • Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads, inquiries, and sales coverage within the community.
Requirements:
  • No prior sales experience is necessary, but previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a sales-related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and community partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and sales goals.
