Bergdorf Goodman is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key partner for a specific seller, you will be responsible for ensuring the seller exceeds defined performance targets while delivering the BG brand client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development in all aspects of their roles.
  2. Execute client strategies for emerging VIC + status clients and develop and retain current VIC client relationships.
  3. Communicate with merchants and sales leaders to provide information on new receipts and meet the needs of clients.
  4. Ensure the management of holds, preorders, memos, and will call through BG guidelines.
  5. Develop one-on-one relationships with key internal and external partners.
  6. Utilize technology to drive sales and new client acquisition through social media and internal clientele programs.
  7. Champion all company/store initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Ability to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and management.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
  5. Excellent customer service skills.
  6. Previous retail experience.
  7. Computer skills.
