Position Overview
The Customer Service Liaison serves as a vital link between the remote Customer Service team and the Used Department's Photography, Video, and Warehouse personnel. This role is essential in addressing process inefficiencies by overseeing requests and facilitating issue resolution and workflow enhancements. The Liaison collaborates closely with various departments to streamline processes and ensure timely communication regarding Customer Service-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee incoming Customer Service requests through task management systems and email communications.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of priority orders, replacements, and older orders to integrate them efficiently into the production and shipping workflow.
  • Document and respond to all actions appropriately, providing remote Customer Service representatives with accurate updates on delays and estimated timelines.
  • Act as the primary contact for investigating, reviewing, and expediting Customer Service replacement orders, working in conjunction with various Used Department teams as necessary.
  • Guide priority and urgent orders through to completion.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to locate items within the Warehouse and retrieve items as needed to resolve issues.
  • Provide Management with updates on unresolved matters and frequent errors to enhance operational processes.

  • Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented position is highly preferred.
  • Background in photography or videography is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with professional photo/video equipment and electronic devices.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in PC or Mac OS, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
  • Capability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend hours.
