Customer Experience Representative

The Customer Experience Representative will collaborate with a dynamic group of business development professionals, solutions consultants, marketing specialists, and client support agents. You will engage with an award-winning software product that has been recognized for excellence over many years, supporting our SaaS model and cloud-based applications for digital signage, video walls, and interactive kiosks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate conference calls and webinars to nurture enduring client relationships.
- Design and execute surveys and polls for various client demographics to pinpoint challenges in the customer journey.
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns to maintain awareness of our solutions and services.
- Analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Propose and assist in executing process improvements, pricing adjustments, and service delivery modifications to boost solution value and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Generate quotes, orders, and invoices, ensuring timely follow-up on payments and receivables.
- Address client inquiries and resolve customer-related issues directly.
- Direct unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments while monitoring overall customer experience for optimal service delivery.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to strengthen customer relationships.

Schedule:
Standard 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
This position requires in-office attendance.
