Position Overview

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and assessing their needs to assign appropriate lanes and provide necessary instructions.
  • Responding to guest inquiries both in-person and over the phone, delivering accurate and helpful information.
  • Informing guests about current promotions, special offers, and upcoming events.
  • Efficiently operating the POS System to handle transactions, including processing payments and issuing change.
  • Managing gift certificates and coupons in accordance with company policies.
  • Balancing cash receipts and completing daily financial reports.
  • Assisting with lane inventory management and ensuring quick lane turnover.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests.
  • Coordinating with team members to relay important information and monitor guest interactions.
  • Handling vending machine operations, including cash collection and restocking items.
  • Performing opening and closing tasks as required.
  • Monitoring guest behavior to ensure compliance with facility rules.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role within entertainment, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

Relevant certifications may be advantageous.
