Job Description

As a key member of our team at Headkount, the Sales and Education Representative will focus on fostering long-term relationships with retailers and brands. Key responsibilities include developing relationships, showcasing product knowledge, communicating effectively, maintaining store standards, and driving sales growth.

Requirements:
  • Background: 3+ years of experience in beauty retail or as a sales professional.
  • Critical Skills: Retail selling, event hosting, product knowledge, communication, technology, and flexibility.
  • Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 30 miles and work flexible hours, including weekends.
