Role Summary:

In the capacity of Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will take charge of cultivating and overseeing a pipeline of potential clients while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to establish Pritchard as the preferred choice in our service areas. Your proficiency in business development will be instrumental as you identify new opportunities and contribute to the formulation of strategic objectives tailored to the region. Establishing strong client relationships, negotiating agreements, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of market dynamics will be essential for success in this role. This position is senior-level, requiring close collaboration with the Vice President(s) and coordination with marketing and local operations leaders in pursuit of new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development Planning:
    • Design and execute a regional business development plan that aligns with the company’s growth strategies.
    • Identify significant prospective clients requiring facility solutions.
    • Evaluate market trends, competitors, and client needs to create tailored proposals and presentations.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to discover prospects and generate leads.
    • Engage with potential clients to comprehend their facility service needs and challenges.
    • Foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations to highlight our service offerings.
  3. Proposal Crafting and Negotiation:
    • Work alongside the solutions team to develop customized proposals that meet client specifications.
    • Lead negotiations and discussions to secure new business contracts.
    • Ensure all proposals and agreements adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
  4. Sales Performance and Revenue Goals:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives for the region, regularly tracking progress in CRM systems.
    • Implement and take responsibility for sales initiatives.
  5. Market Growth and Networking:
    • Identify opportunities for service expansion into new market segments.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand recognition.
    • Build a network of industry contacts and potential collaborators to foster business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the facility services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management services and solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary within the region.
