Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in the non-profit, education, or for-profit sectors.
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, including staff management, strategic development, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record of fundraising and partnership development.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and accessibility with staff.
  • A personal commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors and volunteers to advance an organization's mission.
