In this role, you will actively seek out new properties and develop strong relationships with buyers to facilitate successful transactions. A results-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect with homeowners and investors are essential for success in this position.
Compensation$40,000 Base + Commission
Key Responsibilities- Draft letters of intent, conduct real estate market research, create partnership models, and prepare necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
- Serve as a liaison between sellers and buyers to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Track and document all interactions in the CRM to monitor the sales process effectively.
- Evaluate property values and conditions using market trends, comparative analysis, and direct outreach.
- Facilitate contract negotiations by building rapport and addressing client objections.
- Overseeing the sales process and maintaining detailed follow-up records in our CRM system.
- Conducting thorough property assessments through comparative analysis, site evaluations, and market research.
- Researching investment opportunities and partnership models while preparing essential sales documentation.
- Consistently following up on leads and inquiries to drive business growth.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospects and clients to effectively address concerns and secure deals.
- Proactively sourcing leads for potential property acquisitions through networking and timely responses to inquiries.
- Collaborating with the team to utilize analytics for strategic decision-making that enhances profitability.
- Compiling and presenting comprehensive reports on sales activities regularly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to set and close appointments.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, particularly in acquisitions, is preferred.
- A passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve success.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid US driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
- This is an on-site position.
