Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Property Acquisition Consultant to enhance our real estate operations at Top Expert Homes. In this role, you will actively seek out new properties and develop strong relationships with buyers to facilitate successful transactions. A results-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect with homeowners and investors are essential for success in this position.

Compensation

$40,000 Base + Commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft letters of intent, conduct real estate market research, create partnership models, and prepare necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
  • Serve as a liaison between sellers and buyers to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Track and document all interactions in the CRM to monitor the sales process effectively.
  • Evaluate property values and conditions using market trends, comparative analysis, and direct outreach.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations by building rapport and addressing client objections.
As a Property Acquisition Consultant, your duties will include:
  • Overseeing the sales process and maintaining detailed follow-up records in our CRM system.
  • Conducting thorough property assessments through comparative analysis, site evaluations, and market research.
  • Researching investment opportunities and partnership models while preparing essential sales documentation.
  • Consistently following up on leads and inquiries to drive business growth.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospects and clients to effectively address concerns and secure deals.
  • Proactively sourcing leads for potential property acquisitions through networking and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the team to utilize analytics for strategic decision-making that enhances profitability.
  • Compiling and presenting comprehensive reports on sales activities regularly.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to set and close appointments.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, particularly in acquisitions, is preferred.
  • A passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve success.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid US driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • This is an on-site position.
