Job Summary

Bayview Asset Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join the HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for operations and investment professionals, administrative staff, and interns across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs in line with strategic business priorities and goals.
  • Facilitate the interview process, present candidate profiles, and advise on interview best practices.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and track recruiting activity in SharePoint and Applicant Tracking System.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Be the point of contact for all external recruiters at Bayview, manage relationships with existing staffing agencies, and coordinate with internal vendor management as needed.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to transformational efforts related to the entire talent acquisition function within Bayview.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIR, PHR, SPHR).
  • At least 8 years of recruiting experience in asset management or related fields.
Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation is expected to be $100-120k with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation.
