Position Overview

In the capacity of an Intake Navigator, you will be responsible for managing inquiries via phone and in-person, organizing appointments, overseeing intake processes, completing necessary documentation, and providing essential support to clients and families. We are looking for candidates who exhibit strong organizational, clerical, and communication abilities, along with the capacity to work independently and a commitment to full-time hours.

  • Compensation: $22.45 per hour
  • Work Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday
  • Remote Work: Not Applicable
  • Work Locations: Various Locations

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) along with a Technical/Vocational certificate and 1-3 years of relevant clerical experience.
  • Ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, experience in serving low-income communities, and a genuine concern for marginalized populations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in computer usage, and the ability to manage data and files efficiently.
  • Demonstrated initiative to work independently while maintaining confidentiality standards.
  • A valid driver's license and successful completion of a Background Check are required.
