ROLE SUMMARY:

We take pride in collaborating with our clients and a talented team of over 140 artists. Our commitment to staying current with trends has led us to create more than 200,000 new designs in the past five years, along with 26,000 design updates each year. Our diverse techniques encompass screen printing, embroidery, appliqué, heat pressing, and much more.

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to assist our College Line Artists in revising licensed and collegiate artwork. This role will involve close collaboration with our Art Pack team members as we strive to impress our customers with unique and trendy designs. The ideal candidate should have a deep passion for college sports and art, as this will be their primary focus.


Available Position: Line Art Support Artist for Blue 84 College


This position is based onsite at our headquarters. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage revisions on original line art that cannot proceed to production.
  • Support Art Pack Coordinators with the creation and modification of new art packs.
  • Update design series as necessary.
  • Develop fill-ins for original series from Line Artists.
  • Create custom art requests as required.
  • Collaborate with licensing as needed.
  • Participate in all scheduled meetings.
  • Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to our core value of teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2- or 4-year degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience in illustration and proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop or similar software is preferred, enhancing understanding of the creative process.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate across various departments.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.

Cognitive and Mental Requirements:

The role requires the ability to see, hear, read, and write. It involves adaptability, analysis, assessment, decision-making, dependability, judgment, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
