Front Desk Associate 3-11PM

As a Front Desk Associate at River St 1 LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibility will be to manage guest check-in, check-out, and billing processes, while also handling sensitive guest information and responding to their inquiries in a timely and sensitive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival
- Manages guest check-in, check-out, and billing processes
- Handles sensitive guest information, including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions
- Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring timely and sensitive resolution
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- 1-year experience in hotel front desk desired
Work Environment:
Professional work environment requiring business-casual dress or uniform professional dress; high level of verbal and written communication required with both internal and external customers.
Physical Demands:
Frequent use requiring close vision, repetitive motion; bending; frequent standing (up to 8 hours) walking, reaching, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
