Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites- Savannah Midtown. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the front office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone to ensure their questions are answered satisfactorily and handle any complaints.
- Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, ensuring they provide exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies.
- Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager.
- Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction.
- Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed.

Requirements:

- Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position.
- Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills.
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position.
- Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired.
