Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and hotel operations
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless hotel operations and exceptional guest service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, vendors, and hotel staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions
