We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent Overnight to join our team at IHG Army Hotels Hunter Army Airfield. As a Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for operating the front desk function, assisting guests, and performing night audit duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services
  • Answer phones and process cash and credit card transactions
  • Complete daily accounting reports and review data

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year hotel front desk experience
