Job Title: SharePoint/Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to join our team at Sara Software Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions and Power Platform applications for our federal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Configure and develop solutions in Office 365 SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Prem environments.
  • Redevelop and modernize legacy forms and applications using Power Platform tools.
  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions, including workflows, content management, and document management.
  • Migrate content and applications from legacy platforms to SharePoint Online.
  • Create automated business processes using Power Automate integrated with Office 365 tools like MS Forms, Planner, and PowerApps.
  • Build dashboards and integrate Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements and provide solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint architecture, development, and end-user training.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, and Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, REST, CSOM, and SQL.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath forms, content types, and SharePoint migration.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment using tools like Jira.
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint 2013 Core Developer, Power BI Data Analyst, and Power Platform Developer.
  • U.S. Citizenship and active Public Trust Clearance required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with custom SharePoint solutions, including client-side development (SPFx), OOTB features, and advanced Power Platform capabilities.
  • Knowledge of CAML and LINQ queries for data retrieval in SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint taxonomy management and search configurations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
