**Job Description**

As a Relationship Manager III, you will set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. You will work independently, mentoring other team members, and create strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships.

You will handle the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services, managing risk and return for new and existing clients. Actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks, is crucial to this role.

To succeed, you will focus on client opportunities, providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being. You will drive client engagement and loyalty, generating ideas and best practices within Relationship Management and mentoring others.

The ideal candidate will manage an effective network of senior internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and expand existing ones. You will leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; industry-relevant experience is typically 8 years.
  • Middle market experience with clients ranging from $50 million to $500 million in revenue.
  • Familiarity with credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

Estimated salary: **$104,000 - $209,300 per year**, depending on location, individual skills, experience, and education. Incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
