Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Maintain and exceed sales goals, communicate client needs to the operations team, generate sales leads, and make direct sales calls to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, follow up with registered clients to create initial orders and keep them actively using our services, and conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
  • Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with field employees, and manage their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
