Associate Director, Content and Engagement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Content and Engagement to join our team at Movement Strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our content and engagement strategies across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Engagement and Content managers to oversee the content and engagement tract across multiple accounts
- Develop and implement social media content calendars for large global brands
- Lead the development of engagement strategies for clients and different departments
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement content and engagement plans
- Manage and determine the scope of work and staffing needs across accounts
- 7+ years experience creating and managing social media content for brand/owned channels
- Leadership experience, managing of junior team members
- Ability to manage high volume workload across multiple accounts
- Ability to manage teams and work across time zones
- Expert knowledge of current social platforms
- Experience with social listening and publishing tools
- Competitive salary range: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
