As a Brand Marketing Lead, you'll play a key role in driving our brand's success by developing and executing integrated marketing plans that deliver our message effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Run point on a variety of projects, keeping a keen eye towards the needs of the brand and the strength of creative output(s)
  2. Be a team player: Prioritize momentum across projects by offering support to others within the team when necessary
  3. Manage the process start to finish for crafting strategy, development and execution of integrated marketing plans, including organic and paid campaigns, both on- and off-platform
  4. Quarterback the end-to-end creative process with project management responsibilities and a keen eye toward resourcing needs and forecasting workstreams
  5. Lead by influence and collaborate with internal and external creative teams to bring campaigns, programs and assets to life; demonstrate strong judgment and discretion
  6. Be the expert in the room on deadlines, workback timeline, must-dos and must-knows for given projects (including but not limited to secondary messaging, deliverables list, legal feedback, XFN feedback, etc) and operate as the single point of truth across the workstreams you span
  7. Record and report against project budgets, distribution/media, analytics and testing/optimizing for maximum impact (depending on the objectives set in initial brief: ROI, customer acquisition, etc)
  8. Surface and intake project opportunities from XFN teams, based on the Marketing Orgs predetermined business objectives
  9. Manage and work with cross-functional teams (including PR, design, external agencies, product, and growth stakeholders) to deliver world-class marketing communications for a range of initiatives
  10. Manage budgets and spend commitments for project owners within the Brand Management remit
  11. Partner with the media team to develop brand and performance-driven media plans that deliver our message effectively
  12. Quality check all documents and creative outputs for accuracy, spelling, efficiencies across workstreams, brand guidelines, et al.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 7+ years experience in brand management or related roles
  • Knowledge of and experience with platform products
