About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive - Food Logistics to join our team at AIT Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating, growing, and managing an account base, identifying and initiating business development opportunities, and developing and executing a field sales business plan to achieve corporate revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales quota and budget as defined by the company
  • Identify, initiate, and engage with clients that provide sustained and profitable revenue streams across multiple services
  • Work closely with local, regional, and international operations staff to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met
  • Manage sales pipeline and monthly target reports
  • Present an array of logistics solutions that enable numerous entry points into accounts
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the food logistics or transportation industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, competitive and confident personality with strongly developed persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for commissions up to 6% based on specific sales goals and objectives.
