Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our ocean and freight forward sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with customers, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- 10+ years of experience in ocean and freight forward sales, with a proven track record of success
- 5+ years of experience leading a sales team, with a strong track record of developing and mentoring sales professionals
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, solutions, and project management
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience selling to C-Suite executives
- Strong network of contacts in the logistics, transportation, and retail industries
- Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and manage a specific sales team
