Position Overview:

The Director of Strategic Partnerships is tasked with spearheading business development initiatives and fostering growth among Key Accounts within the North American market. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including market analysis, formal proposal generation, contract negotiations, inventory management, and ongoing customer engagement.

The Director is committed to surpassing customer expectations and delivering exceptional value, ensuring that AerSale's standards are consistently met while nurturing existing and prospective accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales to formulate strategic growth plans.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and representative for assigned customers.
  • Deliver prompt, detailed, and accurate quotations to the designated customer base.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers to address their needs and priorities.
  • Engage in pricing discussions for contracts and proposals.
  • Promote new assets to enhance our MRO services.
  • Ensure transparent communication with customers, sharing both positive and negative updates.
  • Act on behalf of AerSale's Customer Service and Business Development teams.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and the identification of new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Represent AerSale with professionalism and innovation.
  • Work with clients to anticipate their future requirements.
  • Utilize pricing strategies to optimize value for both AerSale and its customers.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and detailed analyses.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer-centric environment, with a focus on sales, marketing, or accounting.
  • Prior experience in the aviation industry, particularly with contracts.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—are essential for engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. The candidate should also be capable of generating various reports and maintaining availability outside of standard working hours. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions are crucial, along with the capability to prioritize tasks and work independently.


Physical Requirements:

This role may require extended periods of sitting and the ability to perform repetitive movements, such as typing. Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs may be necessary.
