Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at FedEx Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in ocean and freight forward sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to C-Suite executives
  • Knowledge of international trade and customs regulations
  • Fluency in multiple languages
