Key Responsibilities:


Drive company growth by actively engaging within designated geographical markets to identify and secure business opportunities with public and private sector clients, which may include government entities, private enterprises, consulting firms, and contractors. The targeted regions typically encompass a variety of markets.



Maintain and develop both internal (UES) and external relationships (clients, vendors, consultants) to foster collaboration and growth.

Explore and assess potential new service offerings through dialogue with existing and prospective clients.

Assist in crafting proposals and presentations for upcoming projects.

Provide ongoing constructive feedback to project management teams regarding market trends and necessary services.

Collaborate closely with corporate marketing teams to create effective sales tools.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development is required. Expertise or training in Engineering, Geology, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business development is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in engineering and construction.

Proven ability to secure new business and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills.

Capable of exercising independent judgment in business development activities.

Ability to conceptualize and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and clients.

Willingness to travel extensively and collaborate with professional and administrative staff.
