Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage new clients within a designated territory.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to manage and dominate your territory, including insights into market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Offer tailored solutions to clients, adhering to company guidelines on legal, safety, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and sales progress in our CRM system, Hubspot.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to uphold exceptional service quality.
- Ensure recruiting teams are equipped for success with new clients by providing complete and accurate information.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
- Provide weekly summaries of sales pipeline developments.
