Job Summary

Nordson Polymer Processing Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and success in our designated regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and fulfill unmet customer needs with differentiated product and service offerings.
  • Introduce new technology and standardize existing portfolio onto customers to secure new project orders.
  • Deliver on growth objectives within regional Top and Potential Top OEM and Processor accounts.
  • Pursue strategies to introduce new technology into key target accounts through building relationships and value-selling techniques.
  • Utilize customer data to maintain Top Customer Account Action Plans for regional Top Customer and Strategic Focus Accounts.
Requirements
  • University degree or diploma in business or relevant technology.
  • At least 6 years of experience with a proven track record in managing a set of defined accounts.
  • A background in selling capital equipment in the plastics industry is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands

This is an office environment role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be required to travel approximately 50% of the time.
