Regional Area Sales Leader

As a key member of The Avers Agency team, the Regional Area Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering new business opportunities in the Greater St. Paul area. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the region to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to cultivate client relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue through cold calling, on-site visits, and community networking
  • Present products and services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
Compensation:

$80,000+ at plan commission
