About the Role

We are seeking an experienced High-Performing Paid Search and Marketing Strategist to lead our paid marketing programs across multiple verticals and markets. This is a critical role that requires proven account management and leadership expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to drive business growth and performance
  • Collaborate with our in-house digital marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure optimal campaign execution
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise campaign performance
  • Leverage automated bidding strategies to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with Google and Microsoft account managers to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery of performance goals
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional communication and project management skills to motivate and guide direct reports

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in paid search and marketing leadership roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing high-performing paid marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

What We Offer

NRI Staffing, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
