As a Nuclear Energy Partnership Strategist at The Nuclear Company, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced partnership strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities. You will identify and evaluate new business opportunities, track industry solicitations, and support negotiations with key stakeholders. Your expertise in cultivating strong relationships with offtakers, industrial customers, and utility partners will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Business Development: Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with the company's goals and market potential. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, track industry solicitations, and support negotiations with in-house counsel and CFO group.
  • Partnership Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with offtakers, including technology companies like Google and Meta, as well as utility partners and industrial customers in sectors such as green steel and manufacturing.
  • Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct market analysis and forecasting to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in target industries and geographic markets. Utilize market insights to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in negotiating contracts for regulated and non-regulated power markets
  • Proven track record in revenue and profit growth
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Relationships with decision makers inside utilities, hyperscales, and private equity

Estimated Starting Salary Range:$242,000 - $274,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis.
