About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies for our residential properties in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in launching effective marketing campaigns that drive occupancy and enhance the resident experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$105,000 annually, plus additional bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive occupancy and enhance the resident experience
  • Collaborate with property teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and objectives
  • Provide regular reporting and data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications
  • Utilize technology platforms such as Yardi Rent Café and Canva to create engaging content and streamline marketing processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven success in launching marketing campaigns from start to finish, with a focus on ROI
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
