About This Position

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account growth plans to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and support
  • Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for new services or solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency setting
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted partner and consultant to Director and C-Level executives
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, websites, and SEO
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including flexible PTO, 401k, continuing education, phone reimbursement, medical dental, and vision, short-term/long-term disability, a bike-share membership, flexible work schedules, and great colleagues.
