Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Strategist to lead website implementations and drive digital strategy efforts for our clients. As part of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage projects from inception to launch.

About the Role
  • Manage daily interactions with web developers, creatives, strategists, data analysts, and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Drive overall strategy for client websites and marketing efforts, focusing on integrated digital solutions.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss positioning, digital needs, project status, and integrated digital marketing plans.
  • Assure high client satisfaction ratings throughout the engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level website implementations.
  • 5+ years of related industry experience, preferably in web consulting, interactive agencies, or digital marketing.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated track record of developing senior-level client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the project management lifecycle, including both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager/Project Manager within a digital agency is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with large CMS implementation efforts, particularly with Drupal.
  • Ability to lead multi-team directions and understand search engine optimization and search marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with information architecture and conducting usability testing.
