Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Strategist to lead our online presence and drive engagement with various audiences. This role will oversee the development and implementation of best-in-class email marketing programs, social media strategies, and digital content initiatives.

The Role

This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, SEO, and UX principles. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and optimizing email marketing and social media campaigns, as well as exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a best-in-class email marketing program to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collect and leverage analytics to optimize email performance and content strategies.
  • Oversee the email marketing platform and associated vendors.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation, community management, and engagement tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or public relations, or related field, and 5-7 years of progressively responsible communications experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and optimizing email marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, analytics, social media management tools).
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, and UX principles.
Salary Estimate

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
