Position Overview

Salary: $17+TIPS

Encore Service Group is dedicated to integrating healthcare with exceptional hospitality, ensuring a positive experience for every individual we serve. Our organization specializes in various services including non-emergency medical transportation, shuttle operations, valet services, consulting for service excellence, parking management, and concierge support.

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday-Saturday, Full-time, 2:00PM-10:00PM, 5 shifts per week

Benefits: Medical, dental, and optical insurance along with paid time off (PTO) available after 60 days of full-time employment.

The ideal candidate should possess qualities such as reliability, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and empathy. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, along with a preference for experience in valet services or a background in customer service and hospitality. Candidates must be capable of physical activity throughout their shift and be prepared for various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
  • Welcome guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Ensure prompt service for all customers.
  • Assist guests in entering and exiting their vehicles.
  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles for customers.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys.

The Valet Supervisor will collaborate closely with the valet team and perform the following additional duties:

  • Engage with client and facility management.
  • Communicate promptly with the Corporate Office.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies among staff.
  • Address guest concerns raised by the valet team.
  • Document incidents and conduct investigations as required by the Corporate Office.
