Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Agent to join our team. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, maintaining, and growing a client base. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be used to book speaking events around the world. You will work closely with buyers to find the perfect speaker for their event, manage expectations, and engage fully with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum of three years of sales experience (industry experience preferred)
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
· Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
· Professional phone presence and comfort making cold calls
· Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and take initiative when juggling multiple tasks
· Solid typing and computer skills, with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
· Above all, a strong work ethic and desire to learn
· Preferred additional assets: some experience in Entertainment, PR, or media, and experience working with event managers or planning events.
