In this Staff Accountant role, you'll have the chance to contribute to our growth and success while working closely with our finance team to maintain accurate financial records and manage our commercial bank relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and establish a quarterly close process in QuickBooks.
  • Process and pay invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Establish an accrual process for clinical trials and research projects.
  • Manage payroll and implement internal controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Active CPA certification is a plus.
  • At least 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, including QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Please note that this role requires working from our office in Newton, Massachusetts.
